It is very keen in safeguarding the safety and health of its crews, general public and the environment and has taken all the appropriate measures to ensure their wellbeing.
Capital Containers Ship Management Corp. operates under a Safety Management System in compliance with the IMO's ISM code. Capital's management system also complies with the international standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) ISO 14001, the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS) ISO 45001 and the international standard for Energy Management Systems (EnMS) ISO 50001. The compliance of Capital with all of the above standards is certified by Lloyds Register of Shipping.
The Company's classification societies of choice are American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas and Lloyd's Register with whom it enjoys excellent and long-standing relations.
